Web Site Maintenance Policy: - Updates are generally completed within 2 days of the time they are received (excluding weekends and holidays). - Maintenance packages are for keeping the site up to date. They do not include redesigns. If changes requested are new designs you will be notified before any work is completed. - Changes provided electronically will take less time to complete. For that reason, VHPD recommends you send us your changes in an email or attachment (.doc and .txt are ideal). - Photographs, images, logos and graphics will take more time if they are submitted in formats other than .jpeg or .gif. - Changes are also accepted via fax, mail or telephone. - Graphics that require Photoshop expertise are not covered in website maintenance packages. Quotes will be given before work is completed.
